About me

Committed to serving Green County and dedicated to this job, it has been my greatest privilege to serve as Circuit Court Judge in Branch 1 since 2021. I was appointed Presiding Judge of Green County Circuit Court by former District V Chief Judge Thomas J. Vale on March 27, 2024.

I hear and decide felony, misdemeanor and criminal traffic cases, civil matters including personal injury, business and property disputes, probate, family law (divorce, child placement and custody, property division and child support enforcement), small claims, temporary restraining orders and injunctions, protective placements, adult and juvenile guardianships, juvenile delinquency and Children in Need of Protection and/or Services cases.

I also serve as the judge for Green County’s Adult Treatment Court, an intensive outpatient program that provides individuals with non-violent and substance use related offenses the opportunity to change their lives through comprehensive treatment for substance use and mental health diagnoses, intensive supervision, random drug/alcohol testing, regular Court appearances and accountability (including requirements for employment and community service).
